This webiste is dedicated to my beloved companion Abbey, who we had to unexpectedly say goodbye to on May 5th, 2011. 

In short, she changed our lives.  I can hardly even think of a life before she came to us - 9 pounds of fuzzy black puppy with a mind of her own.  We had no idea what kind of life changing experience we were in for.  She was a puppy eager to discover and explore her new world, we were new puppy parents eager to follow all the directions we were given and expose her to as many new things as possible.  It turned out to be an amazing ride.

Abbey taught me many things about life and I would like to share some of this with you.  Please read our stories and anecdotes and laugh with us through our journey of life.  Look at our pictures and think of your own beloved pets.  And, if you'd like, send me your stories.

I'd like to make this website a memorial for all of us who have loved, and lost, dogs.  Our beloved friends, our trusted companions, our soul mates.  I look forward to hearing your stories too, and together we can keep our friends' memories alive.
